Understand that this is no "Get Rich Quick" scheme and I don’t believe in unfair play; a concept that I go into more depth at the seminar. It is important to have honest communication between all parties. Every deal is to happen naturally and all parties involved are to agree and benefit. When everyone works to realize the deal, it will go nice and smoothly; creating a win/win situation.

Who is inviting me?

My name is Robert Zveibil. My wife Dottie and I have been in business and real estate for over 30 years. We are constantly making a high six-figure income while working in the comfort of our home. In the last six years, both of us took time to visit different mentors of ours. During this time, we took their seminars, listened to numerous motivational tapes, and read hundreds of books in order to create our best seminar with action steps. Here’s the difference…the fear to begin or add to your entrepreneurship in our seminar will disappear because most of our students will become an owner of a business or a piece of real estate by the end of the seminar.
While here, you will be introduced to our team and work with the same people that my wife and I work with. With your good credit no out of pocket monies are needed for the property/business. Understanding Fear and Greed
Promoting yourself in a loving way, through action and words, is a positive. Living with fear and greed is the opposite of promoting yourself. Fear attracts fear. Being greedy attracts greed. These are the two things you never want to have in business, in your vocabulary, not in your life. You never want to become associated with these things. The reason many people do become associated with it is because their promotion is fueled by fear and greed. You want people to see you as a person who is fair and just. In the past, you may have heard from your friends, family, and perhaps even your parents that anyone with money has gotten there through some malicious means. Being greedy, ruthless, acting out of fear, and all those descriptions have become associated with the wealthy.

The fear that I discuss is a very different kind of fear. It is the fear that people will take something from you or it is you against the world. Thus one may act in a way that is skeptical to the point of finding problems that don’t exist. When you constantly live in fear that someone is going to take something from you, then you attract it. Hawaiians have a good motto, "hang loose." It is one thing to be skeptical but another thing is to constantly suspect people are out to get you.
Our hand on exercises frees your mind and therefore allows your actions to move with ease, releasing past baggage that holds you down creating a new now.
Feel good, all the way down to your core by participating in charities with both your time and dollars. In life, the more you give, the more you receive; the universe is a very giving body. Greed comes from lack, lack is to be released and new feelings and thoughts of abundance fills you. Life is abundant! My wife and I have a policy of giving 10% or our income to charity. Many times we give more. I set up charity projects in the states where I have business. When I am outside of the country, I set up projects there as well. If you look around the area, you will always find a project worth investing in or create one. I highly recommend looking into them. Spend your time looking for projects that are worth your investment, the same way you spend time looking for property.

An age old proverb that seems to be my doctrine of life is "Keep It Simple". Always keep it simple when learning new methods and concepts. Simplicity is the voice that everyone hears, understands, and reacts to with ease. Hence the preface to what I'm about to tell you next. In the field you are entering, that which you will become the adventurer of map-less journeys; the pioneers of what was once the unimaginable, the market constantly changes. Thus in order to be successful, you must change as well. This means creating your own methods and learning them like a pro. Recall that success comes from doing the same thing repetitively while improving each time. Eventually, you do it as part of your everyday routine. A second way to learn is to take seminars and courses on the subject you are interested in and that have proven records.

When you learn a method using the simplest way you know how and you've applied it many times, it becomes a natural part of you.
